Content: Hello, I purchased a new electric bug zapper, and as soon as I plugged it in, it started creating an arc at the point from the power supply to the grid area. I unplugged it and plugged it a few times and it’s constantly creating an arc and a spark I do not feel safe using the product. The order number I placed with Amazon is the following. Content: I also sent this through the Amazon system Issue:The light may be damaged or defective, it is flickering on and off really badly.I have, and have had, other units I know how they operate and look.The way this is operating you cannot have it near by as ot causes great distraction and announce.What do you suggest.I can just return it and buy something else.Let me know what you think Brian

Content: I bought the magnetic knife holder on Amazon. It isn't very magnetic so doesn't hold my knives very well. I also can't easily take it off the wall to send it back as the 3m strip has worked very well! I currently have to hang my knives upside down so the handles provide a bit more traction. I am disappointed in this product as it's not very magnetic.
