Content: Hello there,I purchased a bug zapper from your company through Amazon. I’m trying since yesterday to turn it on when I plug it in into a power outlet. It doesn’t turn on. I tried other devices with the same power outlet. They’re working properly, but your device is not working. There is definitely something wrong with the bug zapper and this is very disappointing and causing inconvenience. I waited for this device about a week to get it before some of my guests were coming. Infact my guest are here. And this bug zapper is not working so they have to live with the mosquitoes, which is not OK.Your company needs to prior test every device before they send it to the customers. Then there will be no inconvenience for the customers and also your company can save some money and we have a good business relation with the customers.Looking forward to hearing from you.ThanksBest regardsMujeeb Rahman
