Content: Electronic Bug Zapper -Iko 918 CE. Arrived in its Manufacturer box today. I could hear a rattling sound when picking it up and upon plugging in nothing happens. I have tried all the troubleshooting to no avail. I have mobility issues and cannot travel to post office. I was expecting to receive a working zapper. I spent hours on Amazon comparing all the brands and models and finally settled on this one and now am extremely disappointed. I feel the fact it was not packaged at all is what caused something inside to break during transport.
