Content: I bought bug zapper in oct 2024 an it doesn't turn on anymore.i don't know if its the bulb or the zaper. I replace the light bulb it work a few months only please let me know what can you do. if I have to buy a new one do I get a discount .

Content: Hello, I purchased a new electric bug zapper, and as soon as I plugged it in, it started creating an arc at the point from the power supply to the grid area. I unplugged it and plugged it a few times and it’s constantly creating an arc and a spark I do not feel safe using the product. The order number I placed with Amazon is the following. Content: I also sent this through the Amazon system Issue:The light may be damaged or defective, it is flickering on and off really badly.I have, and have had, other units I know how they operate and look.The way this is operating you cannot have it near by as ot causes great distraction and announce.What do you suggest.I can just return it and buy something else.Let me know what you think Brian
