Subject: Zapper stopped zapping
Content: Purchase bug zapper off Amazon end of November, has been working up until today when it was left plugged in during 2hrs of light rain. Now I have a dozen moths flying in and out freely. Stopped working. Suggestions? I cleaned the inside with provided brush and unplugged and plugged back in but still no zapping :(

Content: This is the 2nd zapper I have received from you and not ONE dead bug yet, but plenty of mozzi bites. What is going on with this product? And this is the 2nd time I've requested help from you and still have not received even an acknowledgement you even got the email, let alone any HELP. Please help! I don't want to send it back, I WANT IT TO WORK. I will return it & try another brand if I haven't heard from you in a week.
